Cancellations & Return Policy
You can cancel any product from your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel any item, please reach out our customer care on +91 97530-46053 or mail at email@example.com.
After initiating your refund request, it generally takes 3-4 working days for amount to get reflected in your account.
We accept returns & refunds if the complaint has been registered within 3 days of receipt for any of the below mentioned conditions:
1.Wrong product has been shipped to you
2.Damaged packaging during transit.
3.The product shelf life has expired.
Please Note : For us to register a complaint and process a refund , we will require the following images:
1. Of the item received in damaged condition
2. Of the wrong product received by you
3. Of the item with an expired shelf life
The products will be picked from the delivery address for our records and quality inspection purpose . In case you don't want a replacement, we will initiate the refund after receiving the product, it generally takes 3-4 working days for amount to get reflected in your account.
