Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed immediately. Mangaateraho will send a confirmation mail for your order. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team and details of the item/s you have ordered.

Please note that your order can come in several shipments as each boutique ships your order separately. If after receiving all of the boxes, you are still missing an item, please email us at info@Mangaateraho.com.
7. Are the products I purchase on Mangaateraho covered by a warranty / guarantee?
At Mangaateraho, we work hard to select only reputable brands / shops and vendors for you. If they offer a Warranty on a product, we pass on the same to you. It’s exactly the same as if you were buying products in a shopping mall or from local shops

We have partnered with reputed couriers FEDEX, DTDC and First Flight to process our shipments.
9. How soon can I expect the order delivery?
Our endeavor is to deliver you at the earliest. The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for domestic orders and 21 working days for international orders once we have received your payment confirmation.

We deliver items to domestic as well as international locations. However there are few pin codes that we don’t service yet in domestic and we ship to limited countries internationally. Please get in touch with us at info@Mangaateraho.com for more information on shipping locations.

They are applicable according to the products.
12. I am asked by the courier company to pay Octroi. What should I Do?
Nagpur ,Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri&Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer. Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities. Mangaateraho is not responsible for any octroi payments.
13. What is Mangaateraho return/exchange policy?
It’s important for you to know our products well before you return them. Most products are traditional crafts and made by artisans using traditional techniques. Thus, a variation in weaving, stitching, beading etc. shall not be considered as a defect. It is this variation which enhances the uniqueness of every product.
A slight variation in color may also be possible due to digital photography.
Considering all the above factors, we are happy to offer free return if you have received a damaged, defective or if a wrong product is shipped (which we assure will never happen) subject to boutique verifying the damage. You need to get back to our customer care through phone/email within 7 days of receipt of damaged/defective or goods not meeting description. Items when returned to the boutique should be received along with tag, packing material.
